Welcome to the Tualatin Hills Competitive Program
Goal: To develop athletes with
a drive for excellence among those with a passion for the sport of
synchronized swimming; assisting them in attaining their highest level
of achievement in the sport.
Description: As swimmer's
skills improve, more complex figures and routines are introduced. Cross
training in areas such as gymnastics and aerobics are brought into the
training spectrum along with aspects of sports psychology, yoga and
dance, flexibility, strength, and nutrition.
The
T-Hills competitive season begins in September with conditioning and
runs through the end of July. Swimmers compete in Novice, Intermediate,

As
the swimmers increase their skill level, they become eligible to
compete in Regional competitions in the Northwest and Zone competitions
