The Tualatin Hills Synchronized Swimming Club (T-Hills) has been fostering the growth of athletes in the Portland/Beaverton area for over 20 years. Our swimmers range in age from 7 to 70+, and compete in various age groups from the local to national level. The sport requires strength, endurance, flexibility,
rhythm, and team work! Our coaching staff prepare athletes to meet all
the requirements of this demanding sport. Update Classic Invitational, Kirkland, WA MEETING It's time to schedule traveling meeting. During private lessons, coaches will work on the skills that the swimmer's squad coach feels are the most important for that swimmer. Privates can be conducted for an athlete by any of the coaching staff for basic skills and figures. THPRD restricts when and where club coaches may conduct private lessons
(this applies to all of the club aquatic sports): Coaches will ask that you or your athlete sign for each private lesson, and then they will be billed to you. Each of our coaches decides their own rate, and will be happy to discuss it with you. If you have any other questions that I've not answered here, please
let me know! Save the dates! Tentative Summer Camp Schedule: Session 1: T-Hills is sponsored, in part, by generous contributions from the following:
